Frequently asked questions
What happens when I subscribe?
You get access to all Pro tools — scoresheet scanning, AI coach bots, opponent shadow bots, and the Jackhammer Chess trainer.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your Account page at any time. Your access continues until the end of the paid year.
Is the main Chess67 platform still free?
Core club and tournament tools have no subscription fee. Paid club plans add higher messaging and member insight limits, more custom pages, and Offline Mode. Pro is an optional plan for player tools.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit/debit card (via Stripe) and PayPal. Both are billed annually at $25/year.
What counts as one scoresheet scan?
Each photo you submit for AI recognition counts as one scan. Re-editing or exporting an already-scanned game doesn't use another scan.
