Bring your club over at your own pace
- 1
Keep your website
Add a Chess67 calendar to your existing site, or use your club page for meeting details and upcoming events. Share one public link with new players.
- 2
Bring your member list
Export your spreadsheet as CSV, match its columns, and review possible duplicates before adding members. Choose whether to email the people you import.
- 3
Set dues for individuals and families
Choose membership tiers and who each family price covers. Recurring memberships use Stripe; PayPal supports one-time purchases. Parents manage their children from their own account.

Frequently asked questions
Can I keep my existing website?
Yes. Link to your Chess67 club page or embed the event calendar or list on your website.
Can we offer a family membership?
Yes. Set one total price for an eligible family or a price per person. Each covered person gets their own membership. A parent can manage child profiles and register children for activities from one account.
Can we import members without emailing everyone?
Yes. Review the import matches and choose whether to send invitations before applying it. Importing a roster does not charge members or create paid subscriptions.
Can several people manage the club?
Yes. Invite organizers with their own accounts and assign permissions for the work they do.
What does it cost?
The core club tools are free. Chess67 charges a standard 2% fee on sales through its checkout, plus payment processing fees. Optional plans increase email, text-message, and member-insight allowances and add features such as extra custom pages. See pricing for limits.
