Understand member segments and audience badges

Use connection scores, segments, and attendance badges as clues for thoughtful follow-up.

Step by step

  1. Open the club member or audience view and check the selected club, activity, filters, and dates.
  2. Open a connection-score explanation to see the family signals behind it. New families show New during their first 30 days instead of a public numeric score.
  3. Open segment chips to read their rules. Manual segments are chosen by organizers; automatic segments follow their saved conditions.
  4. Attendance badges come from registrations and check-ins. If a check-in is missing, the person may have come and simply wasn’t checked in.
  5. Use these clues to decide who to reach out to. A score can’t tell you whether a family will renew.

After you finish

You know what each badge means and which families might welcome a check-in.
