Understand scheduled prices and automatic discounts

Step by step

1. Open the activity pricing settings and review the base price and any scheduled early or late prices.
2. Open a date in the price calendar to inspect the price that applies then.
3. Review automatic discounts and their conditions, including membership or family registration requirements.
4. Percentage and fixed-amount discounts apply after the active scheduled price is chosen. Exact-price rules override scheduled pricing.
5. For family discounts, read which account owner and child profiles count and which registrations are eligible. Review the final registration total before sharing the price.
