Step by step

  1. Open the team section in the Live Dashboard. Review Teams, board order, starting players, alternates, captains, and any unassigned players before creating round 1.
  2. In section settings, check the schedule, boards per match, match-point awards, bye awards, and which score ranks teams first. The first players up to the board count are starters; the rest are alternates.
  3. Create the round in Team Pairings. Captains can prepare and submit their own lineups. An organizer reviews and publishes both sides. Board colors alternate from the color chosen for board 1.
  4. Record a final result on every board. A match is not complete just because one team has already won enough boards. Board points and match points are separate totals.
  5. For Swiss standings, the two score totals are followed by match-point Buchholz. League schedules use results between tied teams. Read the section settings before relying on either order.
  6. For knockout ties, review the configured board-count and bottom-board rules or record an organizer decision. A double-elimination final may require a deciding rematch with fresh lineups and reversed colors.

After you finish

Each team has a reviewed roster and lineup, and completed board results contribute to the match and standings totals.
