Step by step
- Open the member import tools and prepare the reviewed list and mappings.
- Review Update existing active members and enable it only when those existing-member changes are intended.
- Read what the screen says will change. Free groups you selected can be added or reactivated, and supported club answers can be updated. Existing paid memberships keep their tier, status, and expiration. To add someone to a paid group, use the normal membership tools.
- Preview the import and inspect each Will update or Unchanged result, including mapped group questions and selected free groups.
- Apply the reviewed import and check the existing member records and import history afterward.
After you finish
The import applies the supported existing-member changes while respecting its identity, group-assignment, and profile-editing limits.
Importing a row or changing a tier/date does not prove a charge was collected or a recurring subscription was created. Review payment history independently.
