Choose bookable times, connected calendars, and preparation or travel time around lessons.

Go to the right place

Open Coach Portal and review your availability and connected calendars.
Check the calendars listed for availability and their last refresh time when shown.
Open the lesson offering’s booking settings. Add time before the lesson for preparation or travel and time afterward to avoid back-to-back conflicts.
Save the offering and review the bookable slots from the student view.
For a proposed multi-lesson purchase, check each lesson time and its end time before confirming the schedule.

Students can book only the times you’re free, with the breaks you set between lessons.
